What Doesn’t Kill You…

I was injured.

I was sick.

I was unmotivated.

I was ‘over running’.

I was sick again.

I was afraid I’d never run again.

I was about to give up… yet I didn’t.

I’m not a quitter.

I’m back better than ever, ready to rock my runs, kill some hills, bring home some bling and rack up the PR’s.

Or what doesn’t break you completely makes you stronger. Remember sometimes things get to the point of  falling apart so you can rebuild and start over.

    Excellent! This is exactly why I'm not running right now either - I need a break to bring the FIRE back, so I can be strong and ready to go next year. Glad you're back! :)
