Sweet Potatoes!

I love sweet potatoes, they are super versatile, very tasty and pack a great nutritional punch. They are a good source of vitamin C, potassium, iron, manganese and copper. Manganese and copper are crucial for healthy muscle function so yay for runners! also not having enough manganese can have an impact on performance, so eat up!
