I’ve been using the StretchRite for a few weeks now and my go to stretches are the hamstring, ankle, calf and shin. (see the image below from their guide booklet) I really like the StretchRite, I think it is a good tool for runners (any athletes really) to have in their arsenal. I can see myself using this long term, maybe not every day but a few times a week.
