Not running….

sucks!

Injuries suck.

Not running sucks more.

It’s been a long long time since i’ve been able to run, actually run, enjoy the run and it just sucks.

Running has gone from a daily hobby/habit/stress reliever/outlet to a depressing will I ever be able to enjoy the run again thought? boo hoo.

I’m slowly coming back though, and in a few months i’m striving to be back to 3 runs of 3+ miles a week. Yay for recovering no matter how slowly.
