New Beginnings

 After much debate I decided to shift the focus of my blog and with that comes a new name. I eat plant based, I run and recently I realized that I should be sharing my plant based noms with the world. Thus Plant Based Runner is born. I am striving to become a plant based runners resource, not the resource but a resource for nutrition ideas, product reviews and general running (and some cross training) fun!
  • You can expect more posts in general – I’ve been slacking and I know it
  • You can expect weekly pre run, during run and or post run noms ideas and photos
  • You can expect to hear about the trails and tribulations of training for my 3rd Half Marathon as a plant based (and gluten free – at least for the next 6 weeks) athlete
  • You should expect more awesome

    Sounds exciting! I eat meat occasionally, and dairy more than I should, but I'm very interested in a plant based life. I like your food pics on Twitter so excited to see more. :)
