I am officially cleared to run! YAY!

After a about a year off from running, being injured, being weak and being pregnant i’m finding it a little hard to get back out there, a little hard to find the motivation to keep trying because my mind is more advanced than my body, I want to run 5 miles, now! yet I need to build back up, I need start slowly, I need to be patient, I need to not feel like i’ve forgot how to run
Tomorrow my goal is to run a 1/2 mile… a measly 1/2 mile yes but it is a start and within the month the goal is to be up to 2-3 miles, depending on how I feel. It’s been so long that I just want to run run run but I also want to be able to run run run for a long time so i’m not going to be foolish and get my self hurt, sick or too discouraged. 2016 is right around the corner and my next race, my next half and maybe my first longer distance race will be in 2016!
