If you follow me on Instagram you may have noticed that I am on a green smoothie kick… (if you don’t you should ) maybe green juice is more like it? so i’ll call it a green kick! When I think smoothies I think frozen, thick, creamy, and enough calories for a meal goodness, I guess some of these green smoothies fit that and some don’t, either way they are delish! and perfect pre run, post run plant-based fuel.
Throughout the years I have tried green smoothies here and there and never liked them… then I discovered

Their smoothies are quick, easy, tasty and super healthy – all things I LOVE!
All of the smoothies start with a green base, kale or spinach and go from there, may favorite 2 are the following (modified a little from their original recipes)
1 Cup of Spinach, 1 Naval Orange, 1/2 cup water – blend
1 Banana, 1/2 cup of frozen blueberries (any berry will work) – blend
1 Cup of Kale, 1 Naval Orange, 1/2 cup water – blend
1 Banana, 1/2 cup of frozen mango – blend
I believe I am on day 9 of my smoothie kick, I’ve had one everyday and feel great! I think the extra greens are giving me more energy, although it could be because I am eating less crap and more fruits and veggies, either way YAY! for green smoothies.
