Five weeks

Five weeks until my next half and I haven’t run more than 4 miles since May… A change of plans and 2 canceled races (canceled by me and life not the race ) and I’m unmotivated and slacking. I may be down but I’m not out, this is my plan.

Week 1: August 12-18

Saturday-5-6 Miles

Sunday- Off

Week 2: August 19-25

Monday- 3

Tuesday- 3

Wednesday- 3 Hills

Saturday-7-8 Miles

Sunday- Off

Week : August 26 – September 1

Monday- 3

Tuesday- 3

Wednesday-3 Hills

Thursday- Off

Friday-2/XT

Saturday-8 – 9 Miles

Sunday- Off

Week 4: September 2-8

Monday- 4

Tuesday- 3 Hills

Wednesday-off

Thursday- 3

Friday- XT

Saturday-10 – 11 Miles

Sunday- Eat cake its my birthday!!

Sunday- HALF MARATHON, eek but this will be mine

    I'm right there with you! I haven't run since May, and I have a 5k to conquer, this weekend, and two more next month! But I'm determined to do it, as I'm frustrated with myself for having gotten out of the running habit! Just go for it! We both need to get back in our normal routines. :)
