Cross Fit is a core strength and conditioning program that delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive.
I love running, running is my passion but I know in order to be a better runner I need to be stronger, fitter and diversify my training, plus you can’t run everyday. This is where CrossFit comes in.
Here are a few of my sample WOD
5 Rounds – 10 Push-ups, 10 Sit-ups, 10 Squats
8 Rounds – 1o KB Swings, 10 Walking Lunges, 10 Push-ups
10 Rounds – 10 Sit-ups and 10 Burpees
5 Rounds – 15 KB Swings – 25 Burpees
On my weekly cross training day I do CrossFit, 2 -3 of the above routines. On days where I run I usually do 1 of the above (or similar) routines.
