Streaking, DVD Workouts and Food

Why do I commit (to my self at least) to Run Streak? It always ends, badly, or strangely and it usually makes my running less productive, fun and of shorter distances. With that said I believe I am on day 10 or 11 of streaking… ill probably end it in a few days and focus …

Everything is beautiful and blooming. Temperatures finally reached into and are staying in the 60’s, the sky is blue, sun is (usually) shinning and I’m afraid to go outside…. Sick, Missing and Back In Action

I’ve been sick, too sick to run for about 3 weeks. I tried to rest, I tried to rest some more and I tried to run. Being sick, too sick to run is not fun and it makes for sad, woe is me blogging… so I haven’t blogged. A rough seasonal allergy  patch, sore throat, …

Fatigue, nausea, headaches, dizziness, strange gastrointestinal symptoms ( I’ll spare you the details) and a few other minor discomforts, like tingling pins and needles in my hands and feet. All of these symptoms have been negatively impacting my running, cross training and even rest days. As a side note …
