2 Months To Go

In just about two months I will (hopefully – on target as of today) be cleared to run again! Until then my plan is to take it easy, try not to obsess over spring races, walk as much as I can, try not to obsess over fall/winter gear, keep doing yoga 2-4x a week, try not to obsess over new sneakers, and work on strength training.

It has been very tough not being able to run, and it will probably be tough building back up again,  but I see the light at the end of the tunnel and I’m getting more and more excited! Yay running!
